Most orders are completed within one week.
Sometimes for complex orders that include numbering, lettering and embroidery it may take longer. We suggest you allow two weeks plus shipping to avoid being disappointed.

Please contact us with your needs and we will try to meet any reasonable time demand. If we can squeeze it in our production we will with no extra charge.

Our minimums are:
1-2 color printing – 24 pieces (screenprinting) - they can be a mix of sizes
3-6 color printing - 36 pieces (screenprinting) - they can be a mix of sizes
or 12 pieces of Embroidered garments - they can be a mix of sizes
All Re-Orders require these minimums per design

You could submit your artwork by using guidelines located here. Don't have your artwork ready? Our creative graphic design team will help!
Just send us a photocopy, drawing on paper etc and we will transform it into a design. Any simple design work is free of charge.

Payment for all first orders is C.O.D. (cash or cheque on delivery/pick up) and where a credit is established, terms are Net 30 days. At this time we do not accept debit payments however credit cards (VISA only) are accepted..
